Certification

ISO 9001:2015, And Its Actual Dates

The quality management system was certified to ISO 9001:2015 and GB/T19001-2016 on 1 August 2023, by Euro Swiss Certification, under CNAS accreditation. The certified scope is the manufacture and sale of glass caulking guns and sealant guns.

The certificate on file is valid from 1 August 2023 to 31 July 2026. That date has passed, so before you rely on this certificate in a tender or a supplier audit, ask us for the renewal document. We are not going to present an expired certificate as a current one.

A TUV Rheinland assessment of product quality and manufacturing processes was obtained in 2016.

Patents

Six Patents, Two Of Them Published

We hold five utility model patents and one invention patent. Two utility model numbers are published:

  • 202321498230.6 — Chinese utility model, covering a glass caulking gun. Used on the JS8630 self-locking mortise and tenon caulking gun family.
  • 202321512117.9 — Chinese utility model, covering a self-locking mortise and tenon silicone gun. Used on the JS8631 family.

The remaining three utility model numbers and the invention patent number have not been published on our own materials, so we do not quote them here. Ask if you need them for a due diligence file.

Product testing

Low-temperature function tests on the patented self-locking mechanism, anti-drip demonstrations, and a disassembly reference for spare parts.

What We Do Not Have

Being straight about the gaps is more useful to a buyer than filling them with plausible numbers, so:

  • No third-party lifting certification exists for the vacuum suction cups. The published load ratings are our own.
  • No battery or charger certification for specific destination markets is documented for the cordless guns.
  • No published monthly capacity, export country list, standard lead time or customer reference list.
  • No customer case studies or testimonials, which is why there are none on this site.

Questions About Evidence

Is the ISO 9001 certificate current?

The certificate on file was issued 1 August 2023 and runs to 31 July 2026. That end date has now passed, so ask us for the renewal certificate before relying on it in a tender. We would rather say that than let you assume.

Can I see the certificate?

It is reproduced on this page. It is a Chinese-language document; the registered name on it is Zhaoqing Changxuan Precision Hardware Products Co., Ltd (the Chinese registered name on the certificate), credit code 91441283MACQKMA729, scope the manufacture and sale of glass caulking guns and sealant guns, standard GB/T19001-2016 / ISO9001:2015.

Do you have customer testimonials?

None are published on our own materials and we will not invent any. If you want references, ask and we will see which existing customers are willing to speak to you.

How is product quality actually controlled?

Parts are made in house, so the controls are at source: tooling maintained in our own mould room, stamped parts from our own machines, and net weight verified against the declared figure during production.

What happens if a shipment is short?

Cartons are counted against the packing list as they are loaded into the container at our factory door. If a count is still wrong, tell us with the carton numbers and we will resolve it rather than dispute it.
