What Makes This Range Different
Adjustable Valve On The Pneumatic Models
Push force and drive ratio on JS8625-A, JS8625-B and JS8625-C are set by the regulating valve rather than fixed, so one gun covers thin and stiff products. Frame tolerance is 350 KG on the 9 and 15 inch and 400 KG on the 18 inch.
Cruise Control And Six-Gear Output
The JS8615 battery guns hold a constant feed once triggered, with six gear settings and an intelligent limit that stops the rod at end of stroke. 225 mm maximum stroke on the 600 ML, 185 mm on the 400 ML.
Two Battery Tiers
JS862X runs a 1500 mAh 16 V pack at 4000 N or a 3000 mAh 21 V pack at 6500 N. Charging is 30 minutes for the smaller pack and 45 for the larger, and two batteries are supplied with every gun.
Complete Sets, Not Bare Tools
The JS8615-400ML ships as a tile grouting set: gun, two 1500 mAh batteries, charger, spare parts, plus shovel, diamond-shaped gap tool, seam cleaning cone, seam pressing ball set and seam wax hook knife.

Pneumatic And Battery Guns Questions
Do the battery guns take cartridges or sausages?
The JS862X models take both cartridges and sausages. The JS8615 models are dual-tube guns built for two-component tile grout adhesive.
What air pressure do the pneumatic guns need?
They connect to a standard shop air hose, and output is set on the gun's own regulating valve rather than by a fixed pressure figure. The old site does not publish a required supply pressure, so ask us for the current figure before you specify a compressor.
What does intelligent limit mean?
The gun senses the end of the rod stroke and stops the motor instead of driving against the stop. Combined with the battery display and LED work light, it is listed as standard on both JS8615 models.
How long does a battery last on a shift?
Runtime per charge is not published on the old site and depends heavily on the product being dispensed, so no figure is quoted here. Both guns ship with two batteries so one can charge while the other is in use.
What is the minimum order quantity?
1,000 pieces on the pneumatic models and on the JS862X battery guns. The JS8615 battery guns are 500 pieces. Battery guns ship in a plastic carry case; the pneumatic models pack 12 or 20 pieces per carton.
