Four models built on our own patented self-locking mortise and tenon plunger. The locking geometry converts more of the squeeze into dispensing force than a conventional rod and plate, which is how a 400-465 g gun reaches 150 KG push force. JS8630 and JS8631 are the bottle and sausage versions; the -2 models add a thickened plunger.

What This Family Is Built To Solve
Conventional frames lose force at the plunger. The plate slips slightly on the rod under load, so a share of every squeeze is wasted and the operator has to pull harder for the same bead. The mortise and tenon structure locks the plunger to the rod at each stroke, so stiff structural adhesive can be dispensed by hand from a light gun rather than requiring a heavier steel frame.

150 KG Force From A 405 g Gun
JS8630-2 delivers 150 KG push force at 405 g net weight with a 180 KG structural tolerance. JS8631-2 delivers the same 150 KG with a 170 KG tolerance at 465 g.
Transparent Barrel Section
The sausage models use a modified reinforced polypropylene barrel with a transparent section, so the operator can see how much adhesive is left and how far the plunger has travelled. The barrel itself is rated to 65 KG.
Tested Cold
JS8631 was run at 0 C and at minus 25 C to confirm the self-locking plunger still engages and releases at low temperature. Both test runs are shown on the product page.

Patented Self-Locking Guns Questions
What does the self-locking mortise and tenon structure actually do?
It locks the plunger to the push rod at every stroke instead of relying on friction between plate and rod. Less force is lost at the plunger, so a lighter gun reaches a higher dispensing force: JS8630-2 gives 150 KG at 405 g.
Which model is for bottles and which is for sausages?
JS8630 and JS8630-2 are designed for bottle-packaged glass adhesive, so 300 ml cartridges. JS-8631 and JS8631-2 are designed for sausage-packaged structural adhesive. The -2 versions of both add the thickened plunger.
Can we sell these under our own brand?
Yes. OEM on these models is supported, including handle colour, barrel colour, logo printing and carton design. Because the mechanism is patented to us, your range is not something a competitor can source elsewhere.
What colours are available?
JS8630 and JS8630-2 are stocked in white and yellow; JS-8631 and JS8631-2 in blue. Three colour options are available on each, and other colours can be matched on request.
What is the minimum order quantity?
2,000 pieces for a customised version on all four models. JS8631-2 packs two pieces per inner box and 32 per carton; JS8630-2 packs one piece per poly bag and 40 per carton.
