View detailsSix Sectors Where Weight and Stiffness Decide the Specification
CarbonWizer serves automotive, UAV, robotics, medical and IT hardware sectors, and supplies multiple markets including aerospace, defence, science, research, energy, marine, medical devices, sporting goods, consumer goods and industrial applications.
Automotive
Carbon fiber material is widely used in auto parts and the refitted vehicle trade, where it makes external decoration parts that are light and strong and carry a material texture nothing printed can reproduce.
About 40 per cent lighter airframesUAV and Drone
Carbon fiber parts reduce airframe weight by about 40 per cent against traditional materials, which largely increases the duration of flight while high strength keeps the platform stiff and stable.
Moving mass and cycle timeRobotics and Automation
A variety of high strength structural parts are made from carbon fiber composite combined with traditional metal materials. In automation the argument is cycle time: less moving mass means faster acceleration and less residual vibration.
Imaging and mobility equipmentMedical Equipment
Medical devices are one of the markets CarbonWizer serves. Composite parts appear in wheelchair components, stretchers, medical machine arches and X-ray tablet supports, where light weight and radiolucency both matter.
Hardware enclosures and accessoriesIT and Consumer Electronics
Carbon fiber composite is applied widely as consumer electronics decoration, and more and more parts are now made from it because the 3K texture appearance reads as engineering rather than moulding.
Bicycles, scooters and sports goodsSports and Leisure Equipment
Carbon fiber bike and scooter products are one of the four main product groups CarbonWizer builds, alongside drone, auto and medical accessories, and industrial and consumer electronics components.
The Four Places a Composite Programme Usually Goes Wrong
Most of the cost overruns in a composite part are decided long before the part is made. These are the four decision points where CarbonWizer does the work.
Tooling Committed Too Early
Cutting a mould before the structure is proven turns every geometry change into a tooling change. A full carbon fiber sample verifies strength, rigidity and precision without opening the mould.
The Wrong Process for the Part
Nine composite routes exist for a reason. Choosing between compression moulding, autoclave, roll wrapping and infusion before design freeze is what keeps cost and weight under control.
Plate Bought on Thickness Alone
Two plates of the same thickness can behave completely differently. A stated 2 x 2 twill skin over a 0/90 balanced unidirectional core removes that surprise.
Parts That Do Not Fit Together
Carbon, metal and plastic parts sourced separately arrive to different interpretations of the drawing. Full prototype sets are made and trial fitted together.
One Facility From Design Analysis Through to Spray Finishing
CarbonWizer (SZ) New Material Technology was founded in 2014, uniting Shenzhen CarbonWiz to establish a large scale production base for carbon fiber and high performance composite material products in Dongguan city, Guangdong Province. The team has more than 15 years of experience producing carbon fiber and fiberglass composite products.
Design, solution analysis, research and development, model making, mould design and making, and spray finishing are combined in one in-house service - which is what keeps a programme from being split across four suppliers who each interpret the drawing differently.
- Founded in 2014, with more than 15 years of composite manufacturing experience
- Nine composite processing routes, from compression moulding to pultrusion
- Five reinforcement materials: carbon fiber, Kevlar, PET fiber, fiberglass and hemp
- Dimensional tolerance of plus or minus 0.01 mm on assembly-grade parts
- Samples despatched within one week; normal orders in 15 to 25 days
- Business relationships with customers in Japan, America, Europe and Korea
Lay-Up Cure Machining and Finishing Under One Roof
Carbon fiber processing technology at CarbonWizer covers compression moulding, autoclave, roll wrapping and vacuum infusion among others, which can satisfy almost any requirement for carbon fiber component manufacturing.

Five Services Covering the Whole Route From Drawing to Despatch
Each service maps onto a stage of the buying process, from choosing a material through to deciding how the finished parts are shipped.

Material selection, plate thickness, weave and finish, machining and airframe weight budgets - the questions that come up before a purchase order does.

Why Verify a Composite Part Before You Cut the Mould
Tooling is the irreversible step in a composite programme. A full carbon fiber sample lets you test strength, rigidity and precision while changes still cost machining time instead of tooling money.

Carbon Fiber or Aluminium for a Structural Part
Aluminium is predictable, machinable and cheap to buy. Carbon fiber is lighter and stiffer per gram and lets you place fibre where the load is. Which wins depends on three questions.
Read the guide
How to Choose Carbon Fiber Plate Thickness
Stock plate runs from 0.5 mm to 5.0 mm in 0.5 mm steps. Choosing between them is a stiffness calculation, not a strength one - and the lay-up matters as much as the number.
Read the guide
Carbon Fiber Tube or Plate for a Structural Member
Tube is far more efficient in bending and torsion. Plate is easier to attach to and cheaper to machine. The choice usually comes down to how the member is loaded and how it connects.
Read the guideQuestions Buyers Ask First
How long does it take for an order to ship after payment is confirmed?
A sample order is usually shipped out within one week. A normal order takes 15 to 25 days.
How will you deliver my order?
For small quantities, international express and air freight are preferred because they are fast and reliable - DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS and ARAMEX among others. For large quantities, sea shipping is preferred to save cost. The best shipping solution is suggested for each request, and you can also decide which shipping agent to use.
What is your return policy?
If a product does not meet the agreed specification it is accepted back and remade at no extra charge, until it meets the agreement. If a product is broken during shipping or damaged for a non-artificial reason it is replaced without extra charge. To process a return, photographs or video of the shipping box and the damaged product must be provided.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
Contact the sales team by email with the order reference and photographs of the issue. Products that do not meet the agreement are remade without extra charge under the quality control system.
Send Us the Drawing and We Will Quote the Part
