Requirement Analysis
The load case, the environment and the target weight are reviewed against the geometry before any process is chosen.
Material Selection
Carbon fiber, Kevlar, PET fiber, fiberglass or hemp, chosen for the property the part actually needs.
Process Selection
Compression moulding, autoclave, roll wrapping, vacuum infusion and five further routes are available; the part decides which.
Mould Design and Making
Mould design and making is part of the in-house one-stop service, so tooling and part are not split across suppliers.
Prototyping
A structural sample verifies strength, rigidity and precision without opening a production mould.
Production
Small volume production first where the programme needs it, scaling into repeat manufacture.
Finishing
Spray finishing is part of the same one-stop service - gloss for a high-end look, matte for a technical one.
Inspection and Despatch
Parts are measured against the drawing, then packed for the shipping method chosen.

Do you make the mould as well as the part?
Yes. Mould design and mould making are part of the one-stop service, together with design, solution analysis, research and development, model making and spray finishing.
Can you start with one piece?
Yes. Steering wheel parts start at one piece and prototypes are single parts by definition. Mirror cases start at ten pieces.
How do you choose the moulding process?
By the part. Compression moulding, autoclave, roll wrapping, vacuum infusion, hot press with vacuum forming, air bag high pressure moulding, resin transfer moulding, hand lay-up and pultrusion are all available.
