How long does it take for an order to ship after payment is confirmed?
A sample order is usually shipped out within one week. A normal order takes 15 to 25 days.
How will you deliver my order?
For small quantities, international express and air freight are preferred because they are fast and reliable - DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS and ARAMEX among others. For large quantities, sea shipping is preferred to save cost. The best shipping solution is suggested for each request, and you can also decide which shipping agent to use.
What is your return policy?
If a product does not meet the agreed specification it is accepted back and remade at no extra charge, until it meets the agreement. If a product is broken during shipping or damaged for a non-artificial reason it is replaced without extra charge. To process a return, photographs or video of the shipping box and the damaged product must be provided.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
Contact the sales team by email with the order reference and photographs of the issue. Products that do not meet the agreement are remade without extra charge under the quality control system.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product. Carbon fiber steering wheel parts start at 1 piece and replacement mirror cases start at 10 pieces. Stock plates and tubes are supplied by the part number.
Which materials do you work with besides carbon fiber?
Kevlar, PET fiber, fiberglass and organic eco hemp, alongside metal parts fabrication and rapid plastic prototyping.
Technical and Specification Questions
What tolerance can you hold on composite parts?
Where the drawing calls for it, assembly-grade composite parts are produced to a dimensional tolerance of plus or minus 0.01 mm.
Do I need a mould for a prototype?
Not for a structural sample. Parts can be opened without proofing and can still be mass produced afterwards on the same geometry.
Which stock sizes do you hold?
Plate in ten thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 5.0 mm at 500 x 400 mm, and tube in fifteen part numbers from 5.0 mm to 236.0 mm nominal inside diameter at 1000 mm length.
Do you hold ISO or other certifications?
TBC. No third-party certification records were published on the previous CarbonWizer site, so certification status is confirmed in writing before an order.
Can you machine parts from stock plate and tube?
Yes. Plates can be cut to size or machined to print via CNC milling or waterjet cutting, and tube can be cut, drilled and fitted with bonded metal ends.
