Monday to Saturday, 09:00 - 18:00 China Standard Time (GMT+8). Email is answered outside those hours where possible.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, by appointment. The production base is in Dongguan city, Guangdong Province, and the office is in Bao'an District, Shenzhen.
