Our Solution
Parts are produced in carbon fiber composite with a 3K texture surface, thin enough that phone cases reach a minimum thickness of 0.6 mm at 7.0 to 12.0 g while remaining rigid.
Manufacturing Process
Compression moulding for cosmetic shells, CNC machining for flat panels and housings, with specialised coating material where the part is handled constantly.
Supply Chain Coordination
Carbon, metal and plastic parts for the same product are prototyped together so the assembly balances its own properties.
Quality Control
Surface consistency is inspected across each batch, and parts are trial fitted to the host device before packing.
Final Result
