What This Service Covers
CarbonWizer has built business relationships with customers in Japan, America, Europe, Korea and elsewhere, and the shipping decision is made per order. Small quantities go by international express and air freight because speed matters more than freight cost; large quantities go by sea because the reverse is true.

Composite parts are packed to survive handling, because damage in transit is the most common avoidable loss.
Shipping Choice
Express and air freight for small quantities via DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS or ARAMEX; sea freight for large quantities.
Documentation
Shipping documents prepared for the route and destination.
Tracking
The customer can also choose which shipping agent to use.
After Sales
If a product does not meet the agreed specification it is taken back and remade at no extra charge.

How long after payment does an order ship?
A sample order is usually shipped out within one week. A normal order takes 15 to 25 days.
Which carriers do you use?
For small quantities, international express and air freight - DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS and ARAMEX among others. For large quantities, sea shipping to save cost. You can also decide which shipping agent to use.
What happens if a product arrives damaged?
If a product is broken during shipping or damaged for a non-artificial reason it is replaced without extra charge. Photographs or video of the shipping box and the damaged product must be provided.
