What is the plate actually made of?
Every stock plate uses 2 x 2 twill carbon fiber prepreg as the outer material over a 0/90 balanced unidirectional carbon fiber prepreg core, with a matte finish on both faces.
Which thicknesses are held in stock?
Ten thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 5.0 mm in 0.5 mm steps, all in 500 x 400 mm sheets.
What sizes are available from stock?
Fifteen stock part numbers run from CT-5.0-7.0 at 5.0 mm nominal inside diameter up to CT-236.0-242.0 at 236.0 mm, all at 1000 mm length.
What is the difference between the grades?
Std-Mod, High-Mod and UHM describe increasing fibre modulus. A higher modulus grade raises stiffness without adding wall thickness.
How quickly can you deliver stock carbon fiber products?
Sample orders are usually shipped out within one week and normal orders take 15 to 25 days. Delivery after despatch depends on the shipping method chosen.
