CarbonWizer provides worldwide customers with carbon fiber plate CNC machining services and carbon fiber tube customisation, as well as CNC machining of metal parts. For flat and tubular geometry this removes the mould from the cost entirely - stock material plus machining is both faster and cheaper.

Profiles, hole patterns and edge requirements are checked against the available stock.
Stock Selection
Plate thickness from 0.5 mm to 5.0 mm, or tube from 5.0 mm to 242.0 mm nominal diameter.
Fixture Planning
How the part is held decides whether thin sections survive the cut.
CNC Milling
Profiles and pockets machined to print.
Waterjet Cutting
An alternative route for profiles where heat and dust are better avoided.
Tube Customisation
Cut to length, drilled, and fitted with bonded metal ends where the design needs them.
Edge Finishing
Cut edges expose the core, so visible edges are finished deliberately.
Dimensional Check
Machined features are measured against the drawing before despatch.

Stock carbon fiber plates fabricated from multiple layers of high strength prepreg under high pressure moulding, in ten thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 5.0 mm at 500 x 400 mm.

Plate stock is 500 x 400 mm in ten thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 5.0 mm. Tube stock runs from 5.0 mm to 236.0 mm nominal inside diameter at 1000 mm length.
