This is a complete Bruckner chain section supplied with pin plates and holders already mounted on it: the chain links, the holders bolted to them, and the plates seated in the holders.
It is the largest assembly we supply for a Bruckner bed. Mills use it when a whole section has to be replaced at once, typically after a serious jam or at the end of a chain's service life, and it removes almost all of the on-machine assembly work.

How long a section can you supply?
We build to your specified length. Tell us the run you are replacing and we quote the section.
Does it come with PEEK bushes?
It can. Where the chain specification calls for PEEK bushes and dust covers we fit them, which extends chain life and makes the chain run more smoothly on the track.
Do I need to replace the whole chain?
Only if elongation has reached the point where the pin bed cannot be kept in register. If the chain still gauges good, plates and holders alone may be enough.
What maintenance does the new chain need?
Clean the guide and chain at least once a year and add a high temperature grease. Brands such as DuPont, Miller and Kluber are used for this.
Lead time for a full section?
Quoted at order, because the section is built to your length rather than held in stock.
