Product Overview
A pin plate cut to the LK base profile. LK stenter frames are built in Taiwan and are common across Asian finishing plants, and we carry the full chain-side range for them: guide rail, chain, pin plate holders, pin plates and brush wheels.
The pin bed follows the standard arrangement of two rows at three to four pins per centimetre with pins around 5 mm long. The pins thicken toward the base so the cloth stays clear of the hot base plate, and the grip is what allows the higher tension that takes fabric speed to 100 m/min.

Comparison With Other Options

Can you convert my LK rail to a Monforts rail?
Yes, rail guide conversion between brands is work we do, including LK rail to Monforts rail and Artos rail to Monforts rail.
What hold size are your LK holders?
76 mm. If yours differs, send the part and we make to match.
Are LK plates the same as Monforts plates?
No. The seat is different and they do not interchange.
