Should we order coil oiled or non-oiled?
Order oiled if the coil will be stored before pressing, since bare cold rolled strip marks quickly. Non-oiled suits material going straight into a process where the oil would have to be removed.
What surface finishes are available?
General bright dull and mirror finish. Tell us what happens to the part after forming and we will match the finish to the coating or plating step.
Can you cut the coil into sheets?
Yes. Decoiling and cutting are part of the processing service, along with bending welding and punching, so you can receive sheets or blanks instead of coil.
Is SPCC an acceptable substitute for DC01?
