What This Pump Does
Sanitary welded tees in SS304 or SS316L, models SK-TE002, SK-TE004 and SK-TE006, covering equal tee, cross and Y branch forms in the DN15 to DN200 range.
Supplied to DIN, SMS, 3A, ISO and IDF standards with mirror polish to Ra below 0.5 um or matt polish, for dairy, beer, food, beverage, pharmacy and biotechnology lines.

Use Guide
Welding Sanitary Fittings Properly
Match The Tube
Wall thickness and outside diameter must match the tube, or the internal bore will step at the weld.
Purge The Weld
Back purging protects the internal surface, which is the surface the product touches.
Dress And Passivate
Dress the weld and passivate afterwards so corrosion resistance is restored.
Inspect Internally
Use a borescope where access allows. What matters is the bore, not the outside of the weld.
