The Problems That Bring Engineers To Us
The seal fails long before the pump does
Hot oil, solvent and abrasive slurry destroy the wrong seal in weeks. We match seal face, elastomer and shaft arrangement to the liquid, or remove the seal entirely with a magnetic drive.
The pump is right but the line is not
A 3A pump landed on a DIN line means adapters, dead legs and a failed swab test. We supply the pump, the clamps, the elbows and the manhole from the same works with one standard.
Temperature is at the edge of the catalogue
Hot water circuits at 150 degrees and thermal oil at 350 degrees fall outside standard water pump ranges. Our high temperature line is built for exactly that band.
Nobody will quote small quantities
A single vessel, a replacement rotor set, four elbows. We build to order from stock material and will quote a single unit.
Documents arrive after the equipment
For pharmaceutical and food projects the paperwork is the deliverable. The standard documentation package ships with the vessel, not three months later.
The catalogue does not say what it is made of
Every product page here lists wetted material, surface finish, connection standard and temperature limit. If a figure is not confirmed we leave it out rather than guess.

Questions Buyers Ask First
What is the minimum order quantity?
One unit. Most enquiries we answer are for a single pump, a single vessel or a handful of fittings for a replacement job. Fittings are usually quoted in small lots because plants order what the line needs.
Which materials do you build in?
SS304 and SS316L are standard for wetted parts on sanitary and chemical duties. Centrifugal casings and impellers are also available in cast iron and bronze. Tell us the liquid and we will tell you which is right.
Can you supply to a drawing or a duty point we specify?
Yes. Send the duty point (flow and head), the liquid, its temperature and solids content, and the connection standard. If you already have a general arrangement drawing or a P and ID, send that instead.
Do you ship outside China?
Yes. The Wenzhou works ships through the Hong Kong office, which handles export documentation. Tell us the destination port and we will quote FOB or CIF.
What documentation comes with an order?
The standard package includes the general design specification, general arrangement drawing, operation and maintenance manual, P and ID with parts list, and the factory acceptance test record. Pharmaceutical projects can add IQ, OQ and PQ protocols.
How do I get a price?
