Can you match a full lashing assembly to one rating?
Yes, and it is the main reason to buy the assembly rather than the parts. We match the webbing, the ratchet or cam buckle and the end fitting so the assembly carries a single rating instead of being limited by whichever component is weakest.
Which chain grade should I use for transport lashing?
Grade 70 is the normal transport and towing grade, with grade 43 high test as the lighter commercial option. Grade 80 and 100 are alloy lifting grades and are not the right choice for road lashing. Tell us the destination market and we will confirm the grade it accepts.
Can you keep our webbing colour and label consistent between orders?
Yes. We record the webbing colour, width, stitch pattern and label artwork against your item code, and repeat orders run to that record. This is what keeps a retail pack looking the same season after season.
Do you supply weld-on and bolt-on anchor points to suit our trailers?
Yes. Send us the rail section and the bracket height you need and we will confirm which weld-on or bolt-on pattern fits, including plate thickness, before you order.
What documentation comes with a lashing order?
Marking on the assembly, a Material Test Certificate to EN 10204 3.1 for the rated metal components on request, and proof test records for the batch. Tell us at the quote stage what your audit needs to see.
Can you ship straps and hardware together?
Yes. Goods can sit in our Qingdao warehouse free for two months while the rest of the order is built, then ship as one consignment on one set of documents by sea, air or express.
Do you supply samples before a production run?
Yes. Request a sample of the assemblies you are unsure about, especially where the end fitting has to suit an existing anchor point, and we will send them before the production order is confirmed.
