What Gets Checked And Recorded
- Proof load testing carried out on the production batch before release
- Dimensional tolerance checking against the size table published for the item
- Breaking strength validation to confirm the design factor stated for the pattern
- Working load limit and traceability marking stamped on rated hardware so it stays legible in service
- A standard 4:1 design factor on rigging hardware unless the product page states otherwise
- Polyester slings supplied on a 7:1 design factor in line with the EN 1492 sling standards
- Free quality inspection of the goods in our own warehouse before they leave China
- Third-party inspection accepted at our warehouse before shipment, on your inspector's schedule

Documentation You Can Put In A Lifting Register
- Material Test Certificate to EN 10204 3.1 issued with the batch on request
- Proof load, dimensional and breaking strength records kept per batch and available with the shipment
- Working load limit and grade marking stamped on the part rather than only printed on a label
- Packing list and carton marking matched to your receiving process so goods can be booked in unopened
- Export and import documentation prepared in house, with C&F or CIF terms available through our own freight forwarder
- A written answer, before you order, on whether a specific item can be supplied with a specific approval or declaration
Packing And Shipping
Packing And Shipping
Packing takes about 7 days after production and is configured to how you receive goods, not to how the forge prefers to ship them.
- Standard export packing is cartons on pallets, with carton and pallet configuration set to your receiving process
- Retail and kit packing available for load-securing and recovery gear brands, with your own artwork
- Rated items banded and marked by capacity so a warehouse cannot mix ratings on receipt
- Most shipments go by sea as the cheapest option, with rail available to some destinations and air where timing justifies it
- Two months of free warehouse storage in China while an order is consolidated
- Delivery to your address, your warehouse or your fulfilment centre, or to your own collection point in China

What This Site Does Not Claim
Most supplier websites in this trade claim more than they can show. Here is what we are not claiming, so you know which questions still need asking.
- We do not publish a factory floor area, a headcount or a machine count, because the old site never published verified figures and we are not going to invent them
- We do not claim an ISO certificate number or a CE declaration for the range as a whole; ask about the specific item and we will answer for that item
- We do not claim an export country count or a customer list, and there are no customer logos on this site
- There are no customer testimonials or review ratings here, because we do not have permission-cleared ones to publish
- There is no production line video on this site yet; the photographs above are what we can currently show
- Where a size table or a certificate is available on request, we say on request rather than implying it is attached
Answers
Questions About Quality And Paperwork
What certificates can you supply?
A Material Test Certificate to EN 10204 3.1 with the batch on request, plus proof load, dimensional and breaking strength records for that batch. For a specific class approval or a market declaration on a particular item, ask before you order and we will answer for that item.
Can I send my own inspector?
Yes. Third-party inspection is accepted at our Qingdao warehouse before the goods ship. Tell us who is coming and what they need access to and we will arrange it.
What design factor do your products carry?
Rigging hardware is 4:1 as standard unless the product page states otherwise, and polyester slings are 7:1 in line with the EN 1492 sling standards. If your site rules require a different factor, say so on the enquiry.
How is a batch traced?
Marking is stamped on the rated part rather than only printed on a label, and the proof load, dimensional and breaking strength records reference the batch. That is what lets you enter an item into a lifting register.
Do you have a production video?
Not on this site yet. The photographs on this page are what we can currently show of the warehouse, the furnace line and the packing. If you want to see something specific, ask and we will photograph it.
Is Kailipu a factory or a trader?
Both by design. The company was founded to merge the production strength of manufacturing with the expertise of a professional trading company, which is what makes a mixed order across eight families possible on one purchase order.
