Where Fulfilment Earns Its Keep

The order flow is published and unglamorous, which is the point. Each stage is a place a shipment can stall.

Receiving

Problem. Lines arrive from several factories on different days, and nobody owns the pile until it is somebody's problem.

How we solve it. Goods come into our Qingdao warehouse against your order number, are checked in, and stay visible as one order rather than as separate deliveries.

Processing

Problem. Packing that suits the forge rarely suits your warehouse, your retail shelf or your fulfilment centre.

How we solve it. We pack to your carton and pallet configuration, or to your retail pack, and mark cartons so they can be received without being opened.

Storage

Problem. Waiting for the slowest line means either paying for a half-empty container or paying storage.

How we solve it. Two months of free warehouse storage in China gives you time to consolidate more products and ship them together.

Delivery

Problem. Freight booked separately per supplier multiplies cost, paperwork and the number of arrival dates.

How we solve it. One consignment, one set of export documents, and delivery arranged all the way to your address or fulfilment centre by sea, rail, air or express.

Order Fulfilment FAQ

How does the order process actually run?
Select the products, send the enquiry, we receive the request and study it, a quotation is provided, you approve it, advance payment is arranged, production runs, a full quality control pass is done, packing is completed, the shipment is arranged, the balance is settled and the goods arrive.
What are your lead times?
About 15 to 20 days for the many common categories held as semi-finished stock. For new production, about 25 days of production plus roughly 7 days of packing, so around 35 days before shipment.
Which shipping methods do you use?
Most goods go by sea because it is the cheapest. Some destinations can go by rail, which is faster than sea and much cheaper than air. Air freight is available where the timing justifies the cost. We can also deliver to your own collection point in China.
Will you quote C&F or CIF?
Yes. If you want us to provide transportation, ask for a C&F or CIF quotation. We have our own freight forwarder who arranges suitable vessels and coordinates delivery at both ends.
What payment terms do you work to?
Wire transfer T/T and letter of credit at sight are the two we use most. For smaller amounts we also accept PayPal, Western Union and Alipay.
How long can you hold goods before shipping?
Two months of warehouse storage in China at no charge, which is normally enough time to consolidate several lines or several orders into one container.
