Tyres for Long Distance Freight Fleets
Trunk road and motorway haulage lives or dies on cost per kilometre. We supply the steer, drive and trailer patterns that hold an even wear pattern over high steady mileage, and we ship them in one container so a distributor is not chasing three plants for one order.
What Actually Fails in This Sector
- Drive tyres pulled early for irregular shoulder wear while most of the tread is still there
- Fuel cost that moves with rolling resistance on fleets running the same corridor every week
- Casings scrapped at first removal because they were never built to take a retread
- Steer, drive and trailer positions bought from three suppliers with three lead times
- Stock held in a rim diameter the local tractor fleet does not actually run
What a Working Answer Has to Include
- One product family that covers steer, drive, trailer and all-position duty
- 22.5 and 24.5 inch rim coverage in the load indices the market's tractor units need
- Predictable replenishment so a distributor is not out of the fastest moving size
- Documentation that clears customs without a second submission
- A warranty route that does not end at a factory gate on the other side of the world

Can I mix steer, drive and trailer patterns in one container?
Yes, and most long haul customers do. Mixing across positions and even across categories is the normal way our containers are built. It is one order, one invoice and one bill of lading.
Which rim diameters do the long haul patterns cover?
The Long Haul and Regional groups run mainly on 22.5 and 24.5 inch rims. Each product page lists the exact rim width, load index and inflation pressure for every size in that pattern.
How do I decide between Long Haul and Regional patterns?
Long Haul suits steady motorway running. Regional patterns carry more shoulder strength and tread depth for stop start work, tight turns and mixed urban and highway routes. If the truck leaves sealed road regularly, look at On and Off Road instead.
Do you supply casings suitable for retreading?
Casing life depends on the pattern, the operating pressure and how the fleet handles impact damage. Tell us your retread programme and we will discuss which patterns your market has had success with rather than make a blanket claim.
What markings can you supply for my market?
Marking availability varies by size and by plant. Tell us the destination country and we confirm what marking is available on the sizes you want before you place the order.
What is the minimum order?
One full container. Truck tyres normally reach the container weight limit before the volume limit, so a 40HQ is the practical unit.
