Radial or bias for a mining haul road?
Longer cycles and higher speeds favour radial for cooler running and longer life. Short cycles on sharp rock often favour bias for cut resistance and unit cost. Send us the cycle length, speed and surface and we will give you an honest view rather than a preference.
Can you hold stock for us?
Stock holding is agreed case by case with the plant against a forecast. Talk to us about your annual requirement and we will tell you what is realistic rather than promise a buffer we cannot support.
Do you supply support fleet tyres too?
Yes. Light truck, TBR and passenger sizes for site support vehicles can go in the same shipment as the OTR order.
What tyre life should I expect?
We do not quote an hours figure, because it depends entirely on your haul road condition, speed, load and maintenance. What we can do is match the construction to your profile and give you the manufacturer specification.
How are warranty claims handled?
Send us photographs and the tyre serial details. We handle the claim with the plant on your behalf. All tyres we supply carry a one year warranty against manufacturing defect.
What paperwork comes with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin. Tell us your import requirement and we will confirm the certificate form you need before shipping.
