Shipping to Your Market
Do you ship to my country?
Tell us the destination and we will confirm routing and any marking requirement. We ship from seven Chinese ports with eight major carriers, so most destinations are served.
Which port will my container leave from?
Shanghai, Ningbo, Qingdao, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Tianjin or Hong Kong, chosen to suit the plants supplying your order and the service to your destination. We tell you at quotation.
Can origin country be chosen?
Within limits, yes. We source from China, Thailand and Cambodia, and origin affects duty, lead time and market perception, so it is worth discussing rather than assuming.
Do you quote FOB or CIF?
Either, and both if it helps you compare against your own freight rates.
Is insurance included?
Cargo transportation insurance is arranged on every shipment. It covers transit risk, which is separate from the one year manufacturing defect warranty.
How long does shipping take?
It depends entirely on the routing and the service. We give you the sailing details at booking so your broker can prepare the entry before the vessel arrives.
