Contacting Us

Why is there no enquiry form?

Because a form collects less than an email does and answers more slowly. Send us the size list and quantities directly and we can quote against it instead of asking you for the same information a second time.

What information do you need to quote?

Sizes and quantities, destination country, load port preference, whether you want FOB or CIF, and any marking requirement. If you tell us the vehicles as well, we will sanity check the fitment before quoting.

How quickly do you reply?

During Shanghai business hours, usually the same day. A complete size list is answered faster than a general enquiry, because we can go straight to the plants for availability.

Which bank account should I pay to?

Only ours, at BANK OF CHINA, SHANGHAI PILOT FREE TRADE ZONE BRANCH. We use no other account. If you receive different account details claiming to be from us, they are fraudulent, and you should contact us before paying anything.

Can I visit your office?

Yes. We are at RM 368, Part 302, No.211 North Fute Road in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone. Contact us in advance so we can make sure the right person is there.

Do you supply small quantities?

Our normal unit is a full container. If your requirement is smaller, tell us anyway. It may fit into a consolidation already being built for another customer.
