Tyres for Agricultural Machinery

Field tyres have to do two contradictory things: put power down in soft ground without tearing it up, and then run a road leg to the next field without shredding the lugs. We supply both radial and bias agricultural patterns so a dealer can stock for the machinery actually working in their region.

The problem

What Actually Fails in This Sector

  • Lug tearing at the base after too many road kilometres on a field pattern
  • Soil compaction complaints from growers running the wrong section width or pressure
  • Radial-only ranges that price out the smaller tractor and trailer end of the market
  • Implement and trailer sizes forgotten until harvest is already running
  • A season's demand arriving in a two week window that no single plant order can cover
What buyers need

What a Working Answer Has to Include

  • Radial and bias agricultural construction available side by side
  • Drive, implement and trailer positions covered in one range
  • Ordering ahead of the season rather than during it
  • Clear section width and overall diameter data to check against machine clearance
  • A dealer stock mix that matches the tractor horsepower band in the local market

Application scenarios

Where These Tyres Are Working

  • Tractor drive wheels on tillage, drilling and spraying work
  • Harvester and combine fitments during a short high intensity season
  • Farm trailers and implements moving between field and yard
  • Mixed farm and road duty where the machine covers real distance on tarmac
  • Irrigation and orchard machinery in narrow row spacing
How it works

From Your Fleet List to a Loaded Container

1

Give us the tractor and implement models common in your market with current fitments

2

We map them to the Radial Agricultural and Bias Agricultural patterns we carry

3

Order placed ahead of the season with a delivery window that lands before demand

4

Shipment consolidated, insured and documented for your import

Delivery

What Comes With the Order

  • Radial Agricultural and Bias Agricultural patterns in one order
  • Consolidation with truck, light truck or industrial tyres in the same container
  • Season aware scheduling agreed at the time of order rather than after
  • Cargo transportation insurance arranged on every shipment
  • One year warranty against manufacturing defect with claims handled by us
Questions

Agriculture Buying Questions

Radial or bias for agricultural work?

Radial gives a larger footprint at lower pressure, which helps traction and reduces compaction, and it handles road running better. Bias costs less per unit and stands up well on trailers, implements and smaller tractors. Most dealers stock both.

Can you supply implement and trailer sizes as well as drive wheels?

Yes. The Bias Agricultural group in particular covers implement and trailer fitments alongside drive positions.

When should I place a seasonal order?

Earlier than feels necessary. Agricultural demand arrives in a narrow window and plant capacity is committed ahead of it. Tell us your season and we will work back from it.

How do I check a tyre will clear the machine?

Every product page lists section width and overall diameter for each size. Check those against your machine clearance before ordering, particularly on narrow row and orchard fitments.

Can agricultural tyres go in the same container as truck tyres?

Yes. Agricultural sizes fill on volume, truck sizes fill on weight, so mixing the two often loads a container more efficiently than either on its own.

What is the warranty?

One year against manufacturing defect on everything we supply, with the claim handled by us rather than passed back to the plant.
