One Container Across Sizes Patterns and Brands
A tyre plant sells you what that plant makes, at that plant's minimum quantity, on that plant's schedule. If your order book needs truck, passenger, agricultural and OTR product, that is four orders, four deposits, four sets of documents and four arrival dates. Consolidation collapses that into one.
Why This Exists
Buying direct from plants looks cheaper per tyre until you count what it costs to run four parallel orders. Each plant sets its own minimum quantity, so you carry stock you did not want in order to reach it. Each has a different production window, so the shipments arrive weeks apart and you pay four sets of freight on part-filled containers. Each issues its own paperwork, so your customs broker handles four submissions instead of one. And when something is wrong, you are arguing with a factory in a language you do not speak about a tyre that is already in your warehouse.
Step by Step
Requirement
You send the size list, or the last twelve months of sales by size. We work from what actually turns in your market, not from a standard assortment somebody wrote once.
Range Mapping
We map each line to the patterns available across the plants we buy from, in China, Thailand and Cambodia, and flag anything where the size exists but the pattern does not.
Load Planning
The container is planned to fill properly. Truck tyres reach the weight limit first and passenger tyres reach the volume limit first, so mixing the two loads a container far better than either alone.
Quotation
One FOB or CIF price against your load port, with current plant availability confirmed rather than assumed.
Production and Allocation
Stock is allocated or production is booked with each plant. We hold the schedule together so the lines arrive in the same container, not in four.
Documentation
One commercial invoice, one packing list, one bill of lading, one certificate of origin. Your broker handles one submission.
Shipping
Booked with MAERSK, MSC, COSCO, CMA CGM, EVERGREEN, PIL, ZIM or SWIRE from whichever of the seven major Chinese ports suits the routing, with cargo transportation insurance arranged.
After Arrival
One year warranty on everything in the container, and claims come to us rather than to the plants.
What Changes for You
- One minimum order quantity instead of one per plant
- One arrival date, so your stock lands as a coherent range rather than in fragments
- One set of export documents and one customs submission
- Freight paid on a properly filled container rather than on four part loads
- One counterparty to talk to when something needs resolving
Buyers Who Get the Most From This
- Importers whose order book spans more product types than any single plant makes
- Distributors who want range depth without the working capital to buy four plant minimums
- Fleet buyers covering trucks, plant and support vehicles in the same purchase
- Retailers adding a new category without committing to a full container of it

Read itMixed Container Consolidation Questions
How many different sizes can go in one container?
There is no fixed limit. We have loaded containers spanning several categories and dozens of sizes. The practical constraint is that every line still has to be a sensible quantity for you to sell.
Does consolidation cost more than buying direct?
The per tyre price includes our margin, so on a single-plant order for one size a direct purchase can be cheaper. Across a mixed requirement, the savings on freight, minimum quantities and handling normally outweigh it. We are happy for you to compare both.
Can I mix brands in one container?
Yes. We work across LINGLONG, CROSSWIND, LEAO, ATLAS, INFINITY, ADVANCE and SAILUN, and a container can carry more than one.
Who owns the goods while they are being consolidated?
Terms are agreed at the time of order and set out in the contract. Note that we only ever use one bank account, at Bank of China Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone Branch. Any other details sent in our name are fraudulent.
What happens if one line is delayed at the plant?
We tell you before the container ships and give you the choice: hold the container for it, or ship without it and add it to the next one. What we do not do is let a container sit without telling you why.
Can you source products we do not see on this site?
Yes. Sourcing other products on customer request is part of what we do, and it is how a lot of our long standing relationships started.
