What do you actually do that a factory does not?
Consolidate across plants so one container covers your whole requirement, handle the export documentation so the entry clears first time, and take the warranty claim ourselves instead of forwarding it to a factory.
Is buying through you more expensive than buying direct?
On a single-plant order for one size, a direct purchase can be cheaper per tyre. Across a mixed requirement, the savings on freight, minimum quantities and handling usually outweigh our margin. Compare both, we do not mind.
What warranty do you give?
One year against manufacturing defect on every tyre we supply, with claims assessed and submitted by us.
Do you provide insurance?
Cargo transportation insurance is arranged on every shipment. It covers transit risk, which the warranty does not.
Can you source products other than tyres?
Yes. Sourcing other products on customer request is part of what we do, and our trading history before tyres covers digital printing materials, auto parts and car batteries.
How do I know I am paying the right account?
We only ever use one bank account, at BANK OF CHINA, SHANGHAI PILOT FREE TRADE ZONE BRANCH. Any other details in our name are fraudulent.
