What We Make
Four Nozzle Families Machined for Industrial Duty
CN Spraying Equipment Co. Ltd. machines industrial spray nozzles and builds the misting systems that use them. The catalogue runs from 1 piece flat fan and full cone nozzles for washing lines, through hollow cone and spiral nozzles for gas scrubbing, to paper machine shower and trim cutting heads, air atomizing nozzles, wind jet air blowers, and low and high pressure misting nozzles with their fittings.

General Nozzle
Hollow cone nozzles deliver a ring-shaped spray pattern that ensures even coverage over a circular or cylindrical target, which is essential when the

Who We Serve
Plants Where a Small Nozzle Stops a Large Line
Buyers are maintenance and process engineers in paper mills, steel and metal treatment plants, gas scrubbing and cooling installations, parts washing lines, quarries and mineral washing plants, textile workshops and livestock buildings, plus the contractors who build outdoor cooling and fog systems.
Pulp and Paper Mills
In paper making, consistent water distribution across the web is critical. When shower bars, trim jets, or disc filter washers fail to deliver a stable, uniform spray, th

Gas Scrubbing and Cooling
In gas scrubbing and cooling systems, the spray nozzle must maintain consistent droplet distribution across a wide flow range while resisting clogging from fly ash, slurr

Steel and Metal Treatment
In steel and metal treatment processes, consistent cooling, quenching, degreasing, and chemical washing require precise, durable spray patterns that maintain performance

Parts Washing and Degreasing
In parts washing and degreasing lines, inconsistent spray patterns or clogged nozzles lead to incomplete cleaning, residue on components, and rework. When a nozzle fails

Mining and Aggregate Washing
In mining and aggregate washing, water is used continuously to separate fine particles, remove dust, and cool hot materials. When nozzles fail, the process sees reduced t

Textile and Humidification
In textile workshops, maintaining consistent humidity is critical to prevent fibre breakage, static buildup, and uneven dye absorption. A nozzle that clogs, drips, or pro

Agriculture and Livestock Cooling
Livestock and agricultural environments rely on consistent misting to manage heat stress, maintain humidity, and reduce airborne dust. When misting nozzles fail, cooling

What Problem We Solve
We Size the Nozzle From the Duty Not From a Part Number
A nozzle is a small part that stops a large line. The usual problems are the same everywhere: a pattern that no longer covers, an orifice that has worn open, a head that blocks on recirculated water, a thread that does not match the header, or a model that the original supplier no longer makes. We size the replacement from the duty rather than from a part number, and we can make it to drawing or to a sample when no catalogue part fits.
- A pattern that no longer covers the full width of the target
- An orifice worn open so flow rises and impact falls
- A head that blocks on recirculated water carrying fibre or fines
- A thread standard that does not match the existing header
- A model the original supplier has discontinued
Why Buy From Us
Direct From the Factory That Machines the Part
You deal directly with the factory that machines the part. Small volume orders are accepted so a single position can be trialled, samples can be ready within 10 days, trial samples are sent free of charge, inquiries are answered within 6 hours, and every product is tested before packing and carries a 3 month quality guarantee.
Material Selection
Raw material is restricted to selected brass and 303, 304 and 316 stainless steel, chosen against the liquid and the temperature the nozzle will see.
Machining
Bodies and orifices are machined in house, which is what makes non standard sizes and one off replacement heads practical.
Inspection
Orifice and thread are checked before assembly, so a bar of nozzles holds the same size across its width.
Testing
Every product is tested before it leaves the factory. This is the step that catches a distorted pattern before it reaches your line.
Packing and Transport
Packaging and transportation are controlled in the same quality system, because a perfect orifice that arrives dented is still a rejected part.
Solutions
How We Work With Buyers
Nozzle Selection and Sizing
Turn a process description into a nozzle size, a pattern and a material, without needing a part number to start from.
How it works
Header Replacement and Retrofit
Put new heads into an existing spray bar without re-drilling it or stopping the line for longer than a planned outage.
How it works
Custom and OEM Nozzle Manufacturing
Standard and non standard nozzles made to your drawing or to a sample, including OEM marking and small volume batches.
How it works
Misting and Fog System Supply
Nozzles, fittings and tube for low and high pressure misting lines, supplied as parts rather than as a sealed black box.

Questions Buyers Ask
Common Questions Before a First Order
What information do you need to quote a nozzle?
The liquid and its temperature, the line pressure at the nozzle, the flow you need, the width or area to cover, the distance from nozzle to target, and the thread on the existing header. With those six items we can quote without a drawing.
Can you make a nozzle that is no longer in any catalogue?
Yes. Standard and non standard goods can be customised and OEM orders are accepted. Send photographs of the old head with a rule for scale, or a drawing if you have one.
Do you accept small orders?
Yes. Small volume orders are accepted, which is what makes it practical to trial one position on a header before committing to the whole bar.
How quickly can I get a sample?
Samples required can be ready within 10 days, and trial samples can be sent free of charge.
What materials do you machine nozzles from?
Raw material is selected brass and 303, 304 and 316 stainless steel. PP, PVC, PVDF, PTFE, ABS and aluminium bodies appear in the misting and air blower ranges.
What are your payment terms and what guarantee do I get?
The product listings state T/T 100% in advance and a 3 month quality guarantee. Every product is tested before it is packed.
Send Us the Duty and We Will Size the Nozzle
Email the liquid, the pressure at the nozzle, the area to cover and the thread on your header. Inquiries are answered within 6 hours.
