Describe the Duty
A part number alone hides the liquid, the temperature and the solids load.
We start from the liquid, its temperature, the line pressure at the nozzle and what the spray has to achieve.
Fix the Pattern
The wrong pattern wastes liquid on areas that do not need it.
Line or moving strip takes a flat fan, an area or volume takes a full cone, gas contact takes a hollow cone, and solids in the liquid take a spiral.
Size the Orifice
Flow quoted at 3 bar is not the flow you get at the end of a long header.
We work from the pressure actually available at the nozzle and the flow the process needs, then read the size code from the capacity tables.
Choose the Material
Brass in a chloride wash is a repeat purchase.
Stainless steel for general washing, 316 stainless steel where chlorides or scrubbing liquor are present, brass for plain water, plastics where acids or solvents rule out metal.
