Identify the Thread
BSPT and NPT look alike and will not seal together.
We confirm the standard, the size and whether the position is male or female before anything is quoted.
Match the Spacing
A wider spray angle on the same spacing changes the overlap and leaves stripes.
We work back from bar spacing and standoff distance to the angle that restores even coverage.
Copy the Body
A longer body fouls the guard, a shorter one sprays from the wrong height.
Photographs of the old head against a rule are usually enough to reproduce the length and hex size.
Handle the Water Quality
Recirculated water blocks a fixed orifice.
Where the water carries fines we move to a larger free passage, a spiral, a self cleaning head or a filtered variant.
Phase the Changeover
One bad batch on a full bar is a line stop.
One position is proven first, then the balance of the bar is supplied against the same drawing.
