What information do you need to quote a nozzle?
The liquid and its temperature, the line pressure at the nozzle, the flow you need, the width or area to cover, the distance from nozzle to target, and the thread on the existing header. With those six items we can quote without a drawing.
Can you make a nozzle that is no longer in any catalogue?
Yes. Standard and non standard goods can be customised and OEM orders are accepted. Send photographs of the old head with a rule for scale, or a drawing if you have one.
Do you accept small orders?
Yes. Small volume orders are accepted, which is what makes it practical to trial one position on a header before committing to the whole bar.
How quickly can I get a sample?
Samples required can be ready within 10 days, and trial samples can be sent free of charge.
