From Prototype Quantity to Production Supply
The usual blocker on a ceramic project is not the part, it is the minimum order. This route is built so the engineering trial happens before any tooling or volume commitment is made.
The Route From Enquiry to Delivery
1. Blank Stock Trial
99% alumina sheet and blank plate ships from a minimum order of 1 piece, so an in house machining trial can start immediately.
2. Standard Substrate Trial
Standard size substrates ship in 1 to 2 days from stock, with customized sizes in 5 to 7 days, at a minimum of 10 pieces.
3. Sample Parts
Formed samples to your drawing are delivered in 4 to 7 working days, free of charge with freight paid by the buyer.
4. Field Trial
The sample goes into the machine for a full maintenance interval so the wear result is measured rather than predicted.
5. First Production Run
Production is 15 to 30 days for goods not in stock, according to dimension and quantity.
6. Scheduled Supply
Repeat orders run to the approved drawing with inspection reports and photographic packing records each shipment.
Samples
Samples are free of charge, freight paid by the buyer. Sample delivery is 4 to 7 working days.

Payment Terms
Orders up to 1000 USD are 100% in advance. From 1000 USD, 50% T/T in advance with the balance before shipment.
