Who We Are
Shenzhen Huaxin Precision Ceramics Co., Ltd has been committing to the design, development and manufacture of industrial ceramic products since 1999. The product range covers zirconia ceramic parts, alumina ceramic parts, steatite ceramics, SiC and Si3N4 ceramics, cordierite ceramic and mullite porcelain, precision ceramics, fine finishing ceramics, ceramic blades and ceramic knives.
The Factory
Huaxin has a factory area of 8000 sqm located in Shenzhen Nanshan District, with a professional sales office in Longgang District. The Longgang address is where correspondence and visits are received.
The People
The company employs more than 200 people. Over a quarter of them have more than ten years of experience in the ceramic manufacturing field, which is the part of the capability that does not show up on an equipment list.
Where the Experience Sits
After years of effort and exploration the accumulated experience is concentrated in three areas: flat processing, precision processing and polishing. Those are the operations that decide whether a ground ceramic face is usable.
In House Process Chain
From raw material preparation, forming, surface grinding, internal and external diameter grinding, through to precision CNC machining, all processes are carried out in house. Nothing critical is subcontracted out of sight.

What is the delivery time?
Sample delivery in 4 to 7 working days. It is 15 to 30 days if the goods are not in stock, according to the dimension and quantity.
Do you provide samples and are they free?
Yes, we can offer the sample free of charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
What are your terms of payment?
For payment up to 1000 USD, 100% in advance. For payment of 1000 USD and above, 50% T/T in advance with the balance before shipment.
How do you ensure the quality of shipped products?
We follow standard packaging protocols and provide photographic documentation of the packing and shipping process. Where transport damage is caused by non-human factors we arrange a free replacement shipment.
Can the price be negotiated?
Yes, we consider discounts for large volume orders.
Can you guarantee the product?
Yes. We inspect according to your drawings and issue an inspection report.
