What is the difference between 95% and 99% alumina?
The 99% body is the higher purity option with better dielectric behaviour and higher strength. The 95% body is the economic choice where the duty is mechanical.
How hot can alumina parts run?
Maximum use temperature is 1650 degrees C on the 99% alumina body, and 1600 degrees C is quoted for the ring products.
What is the smallest quantity you will make?
The 99% alumina sheet and blank plate has a minimum order quantity of 1 piece. Substrates start at 10 pieces.
