Product Overview
The IL SUNG version of our PEEK lead rod nut. It is the adjustable nut of the setting machine lead rod, the part that helps the guide rail to be widened, machined to the IL SUNG thread rather than the Monforts one.
PEEK resin gives high temperature resistance, wear resistance, self-lubrication, low noise, corrosion resistance and high strength, which is why it is widely used in textile machinery. Self-lubrication means no molybdenum disulfide, and the nut is not easy to break and lasts longer than what it replaces.
