Product Overview
The black grade of our PEEK nut for the Monforts setting machine lead rod. It is the adjustable nut that helps the guide rail to be widened, and like the brown grade it is self-lubricating, so molybdenum disulfide is not needed.
PEEK resin gives high temperature resistance, wear resistance, self-lubrication, low noise, corrosion resistance and high strength. The nut is not easy to break and has a longer service life than the part it replaces. Sizes are 44 by 7, 44 by 6 and 45 by 6.
