The brands in service

The main stenter machine brands are Bruckner (Germany), Monforts (Germany), LK (Taiwan), IL SUNG (South Korea), Mamata (India), Harish (India), Babcock (Germany), Shaoyang (China), Artos (Germany), Stentex (Germany) and Unitech (Italy).

Five of the eleven are German, which is why German frames dominate spare parts demand in finishing plants worldwide, and why a parts supplier that only covers one of them is of limited use to a mixed floor.

Why the brand matters for parts

Seat profiles, clip geometry and chain pitch differ between brands, and often between generations of the same brand. Parts that look interchangeable are not. A Bruckner brush wheel at 220 by 158 and a Monforts one at 220 by 167 sit next to each other on a shelf and will not swap.

This is why we match from samples rather than from machine model numbers, and why we mark spares by machine for plants running a mixed fleet.

Which brands we cover

We manufacture spare parts for multiple brands of stenter machine, for example Monforts, IL SUNG, LK, Artos and Bruckner. Beyond those we make parts for KRANTZ, EHWHA, Stentex, ALKAN, ACC and Unitech frames, and chain for Italian Ferraro and Lafer compacting machines.

For frames whose original spares channel has closed, reverse engineering from a worn part is routine work rather than an exception.

Standardising across a mixed fleet

Some differences can be removed. Rail guide conversion lets an Artos or LK frame run a Monforts rail, so one rail and slider specification covers several machines. Others should be left alone; a conversion that serves no purpose is cost without benefit.
