Rigid Aluminium And Flex Boards Built And Assembled Under One Roof
PEAK PCB LIMITED fabricates rigid FR4 from 1 to 16 layers, aluminium metal core boards for heat-generating circuits and flexible circuits on PI, PET and FR4, then assembles any of them in the same plant. One supplier, one set of tolerances, one party responsible for the finished board.

Four Things That Go Wrong And What Stops Them
None of these are exotic. They are the four ways a board order actually fails, and each one traces back to a decision made before the panel was cut.
Bare boards from one vendor, assembly from another
When a joint fails, the fabricator says the board met specification and the assembler says it was not solderable. We fabricate and assemble in the same plant, so there is nobody to hand the problem to.
A circuit that works on the bench and derates in the housing
FR4 insulates. Our aluminium laminate is measured at 1 °C/W thermal resistance with a 125 °C maximum working temperature, so the board itself carries heat into the chassis.
Hand-built wiring that differs on every unit
A flexible circuit is etched, so every conductor is in the same place on every unit. Our flex line holds 0.05 mm track and gap with a ±0.05 mm outline tolerance.
Boards that will not drop into the enclosure
Outline dimension tolerance is ±0.10 mm and hole position is ±0.05 mm, verified before the board leaves the plant.
Capability Stated As Numbers Not Adjectives
Every figure below is published in our capacity tables and can be checked against your design before you place an order.
- Three surface finishes run in house. Lead-free HASL, immersion gold and electroplated gold, chosen for the board rather than inherited from a default.
- Equipment from four countries. Film plotting, drilling and lamination on machines sourced from the USA, Japan, Germany and Israel.
- Over 10,000 square feet. Fabrication and assembly on one site in Xinhe Industrial Park, Fuyong.
- Tested before shipping. Open and short testing at 50 to 300 V, hole resistance below 300 ohms, isolation resistance above 1012 ohms.
- 94V-0 laminate. Self-extinguishing rating on both the rigid and aluminium ranges.
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and UL. Certifications recorded by the company. Current certificate details are available on request.

Questions Buyers Ask First
What does PEAK PCB actually manufacture?
Rigid FR4 boards from 1 to 16 layers, aluminium metal core boards from 0.3 to 3.0 mm thick, flexible circuits on PI, PET and FR4, and assembled PCBA on any of those three substrates. All four families are made in the same Shenzhen plant.
Where is the factory?
Xinhe Industrial Park, Fuyong, Bao'an, Shenzhen, China. The site covers over 10,000 square feet. The marketing office is at CuiJingJu A1 Building in Xixiang, Bao'an.
How long has the company been operating?
Since 2000.
What is your minimum trace width and space?
0.075 mm, which is 3 mil, on rigid FR4 inner and outer layers. Flexible circuits go to 0.05 mm and aluminium boards are 0.15 mm.
What certifications do you hold?
The company records ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:1996 and UL certification. Current revision years and certificate numbers are available on request.
Do you supply bare boards only or assembled boards as well?
Both. Assembly is one of the four product families and runs on boards fabricated in the same plant.
How do I get a quote?
Email your Gerber RS-274X and NC drill files, or an ODB++ package, to [email protected] with the layer count, board thickness, copper weight, surface finish and quantity.
Send Us Your Files And We Will Check Them Against Our Capability
Gerber RS-274X with an NC drill file, or an ODB++ package. Tell us the layer count, thickness, copper weight, surface finish and quantity, and we will confirm what the plant can hold before anything is tooled.
