- Gerber RS-274X plus NC drill, or an ODB++ package if your CAD tool exports one.
- Layer count and finished board thickness, including the tolerance you can accept.
- Copper weight on outer and inner layers.
- Surface finish, or tell us the finest component pitch and we will recommend one.
- Quantity, and whether you want singles or an array.
- Bill of materials with manufacturer part numbers, if you want the board assembled too.
