Data check
Your Gerber and drill files are checked against our published capability before anything is tooled. Anything below 0.075 mm trace or 0.20 mm hole is queried, not quietly adjusted.
Tooling
Film is plotted on a Mania 8850-P plotter and the panel is laid out for the quantity you need.
Fabrication
The board runs the same process as a production board. A prototype built on a different route tells you nothing about the production board.
Test and despatch
Open and short testing at 50 to 300 V, then packed and shipped.

What files do you need to quote a prototype?
Gerber RS-274X plus an NC drill file, or an ODB++ package. Add the layer count, board thickness, copper weight, surface finish and quantity.
Do prototypes run on the same process as production?
Yes. That is the point of building them here.
Can you assemble prototype quantities?
Yes. Assembly of small quantities is quoted alongside the bare board.
