BOM review
Manufacturer part numbers are checked and alternates agreed in writing before anything is bought. Lines you want to consign are marked at this stage.
Board and stencil
The bare board is fabricated and tested here, and the stencil is cut to the paste layer of the same released revision.
Placement and reflow
Surface mount first, then through-hole and hand-fitted parts as separate operations with their own inspection points.
Test and pack
Bare board open and short testing at 50 to 300 V happens before assembly. Functional test is quoted against your test specification.
