Four Stages From Enquiry To Delivery

Capability check
Trace width, space, hole size, annular ring and aspect ratio are checked against the published capacity table for the board family you have chosen.
Stack-up review
Layer order, copper weights and dielectric thicknesses are reviewed against the impedance targets you have set.
Panel planning
The board is laid out on the panel to decide array format, rail width and whether V-cut or routed tabs suit the assembly line.
Finish and material selection
Surface finish, laminate and coverlay are chosen against what the board has to do rather than against a default.
