Rigid PCB
Rigid FR4 boards from 1 to 16 layers, up to 450 x 660 mm, with 0.075 mm trace and space and a 0.20 mm minimum finished hole. Lead-free HASL, immersion gold and electroplated gold finishes are all run in house.

Aluminium PCB
Single and double sided aluminium-based boards up to 450 x 450 mm, 0.3 to 3.0 mm thick, with a measured laminate thermal resistance of 1 °C/W and a maximum working temperature of 125 °C. Used where FR4 traps heat that has to go somewhere.
Flex PCB
Single layer, double layer and multilayer flexible circuits on PI, PET and FR4, up to 406 x 610 mm, with 0.05 mm track and gap, 0.1 mm drilled holes and an outline tolerance of ±0.05 mm from V-cut, punch, mill or laser.
PCBA
Surface mount and through-hole assembly on rigid, aluminium and flexible circuits, carried out in the plant that fabricated the bare board. One supplier decides the surface finish, the panel format and the reflow route together.

Why do two boards have almost the same name?
The legacy catalogue holds two single layer FPC entries and two single layer aluminium entries, each with a different photograph. We kept both rather than merging them, and named each one after what it actually is.
Which boards can you assemble?
All of them. Assembly runs on rigid, aluminium and flexible substrates in the same plant that fabricates the bare board.
