What LLA01 Is Built For
LLA01 is a radial truck tyre designed for all positions on vehicles that operate on both paved roads and unsealed terrain. The tread pattern is a typical combined design, balancing traction and wear across mixed surfaces. It features a cut resistance compound and delivers good braking and grip in varied conditions. Available in eight sizes from 9.00R20 to 13R22.5, with ply ratings from 14 to 20 and load indices up to 158/156, it supports a range of light to heavy-duty applications. The tyre is marked with the speed symbol K and carries standard tread depths between 15.5 mm and 17.5 mm. It is suitable for use on trucks and buses that transition between highway and off-road duties without requiring a change of pattern.

Problems It Solves
- The need to carry multiple tyre patterns for different axle positions reduces spare stock and fitting logistics
- Off-road tyres wear quickly on paved roads, while highway tyres fail early on unsealed surfaces
- Lack of cut resistance in standard tread compounds leads to early casing damage on rocky or debris-laden terrain
- Inconsistent braking and grip across mixed surfaces increases stopping distance and safety risk
- Limited availability of a single pattern that meets both on-road and off-road performance needs
Who It Is For
- Fleet operators managing mixed-surface routes with no dedicated off-road vehicles
- Distributors supplying tyres to markets where road conditions vary significantly between urban and rural areas
- Importers sourcing a single pattern for multiple axle positions to simplify inventory and ordering
- Contractors running trucks on construction or mining access roads with a return to paved highways
- Wholesale distributors looking to offer a versatile tyre with consistent performance across different environments
Application Scenarios
- Trucks operating on highways with occasional access to gravel haul roads or construction site approaches
- Buses running on tarmac with regular stops on unpaved or poorly maintained access roads
- Fleets that need one tyre pattern for all positions to reduce spare tyre stock and fitting complexity
- Transporters moving goods between urban centres and rural distribution points with mixed road surfaces
- Operators requiring consistent braking and grip performance across wet, dry, and loose-surface conditions
Technical Features
- Radial truck tyre construction with casing designed for all positions on on and off road duty
- Typical combined tread pattern optimized for traction and wear across mixed surface conditions
- Cut resistance compound applied to the tread and shoulder areas to resist damage from sharp objects
- Good braking and grip performance confirmed across the size range under standard load and pressure
- Tread depth ranges from 15.5 mm to 17.5 mm, with 17.5 mm on the 10.00R20, 11.00R20, and 13R22.5 sizes

Where This Pattern Wins and Where It Does Not
Compared With Dedicated highway tyres
LLA01 maintains better cut resistance and grip on unsealed surfaces, but highway tyres may offer longer tread life on pure tarmac
Compared With Deep-lug off-road tyres
LLA01 wears slower and runs quieter on paved roads, but off-road tyres have superior traction in mud and loose terrain
Compared With Multiple tyre patterns for different positions
LLA01 covers all positions with one pattern, reducing spare stock and simplifying fleet maintenance
Use Guide
- Match ply rating to your actual axle load, not to the highest available rating – overspecifying increases cost and ride harshness
- Check the standard rim listed against your wheel: 7.0 for 9.00R20, 7.5 for 10.00R20, 8.0 for 11.00R20, 9.75 for 13R22.5
- Inflate to the pressure shown for your load in the size table; dual and single fitment pressures differ
- Rotate positions before irregular wear develops, especially on fleets with one-way or uneven load cycles
- Inspect tread and shoulders after off-road use for embedded debris or cuts to prevent casing damage
LLA01 Buying Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
We load by full container. A 40HQ of 9.00R20 or 13R22.5 typically fills at container weight rather than volume, so the practical minimum is one container. Mixed loads across sizes and patterns are accepted.
What is the lead time?
It depends on whether the size is in stock at the plant or has to be produced. We confirm current availability with the plant at the time of quotation rather than quoting a standard figure.
Which sizes are available?
9.00R20 in 14PR and 16PR, 10.00R20 in 16PR and 18PR, 11.00R20 in 16PR and 18PR, and 13R22.5 in 18PR and 20PR. Full load index, rim, and pressure data for each is in the size table.
Can you supply DOT or ECE marked tyres?
Marking requirements vary by destination. Tell us the import market and we confirm what marking the plant can supply on that size before you place the order.
What warranty do you give?
One year against manufacturing defect on all tyres we supply, with claims handled by us directly. Cargo transportation insurance is provided on the shipment.
Can you ship a mixed container with other patterns?
Yes. Most of our customers load one container across several patterns and sizes, which is the main reason to buy through us rather than from a single plant.
Is this tyre suitable for all positions?
Yes. LLA01 is designed for all positions on on and off road duty, including steer, drive, and trailer axles on trucks and buses.
