KMD400-NEW gives up rolling resistance and highway mileage to survive unsealed roads; on pure motorway work a long-haul drive pattern will last longer per millimetre

- Match ply rating to your actual axle load, not to the heaviest tyre available - overspecifying costs money and rides hard
- Check the standard rim listed against your wheel: 9.00 for the 295 and 315 sizes, 9.75 for 13R22.5
- Inflate to the pressure shown for your load in the size table; dual and single fitment pressures differ
- Rotate drive positions before irregular wear sets in, particularly on fleets running heavy one-way loads
- Inspect groove bottoms for lodged stone after every quarry cycle to protect the casing for retreading

What is the minimum order quantity?
We load by full container. A 40HQ of 13R22.5 or 315/80R22.5 typically fills at container weight rather than volume, so the practical minimum is one container. Mixed loads across sizes and patterns are accepted.
What is the lead time?
It depends on whether the size is in stock at the plant or has to be produced. We confirm current availability with the plant at the time of quotation rather than quoting a standard figure.
Which sizes are available?
13R22.5 in 18PR, 295/80R22.5 in 16PR and 18PR, and 315/80R22.5 in 18PR and 20PR. Full load index, rim and pressure data for each is in the size table on this page.
Is this tyre legal for winter use?
It carries both the M+S and the 3PMSF alpine markings, which is the marking most European winter regulations require. Confirm your own national rule before ordering.
Can you supply DOT or ECE marked tyres?
Marking requirements vary by destination. Tell us the import market and we confirm what marking the plant can supply on that size before you place the order.
What warranty do you give?
One year against manufacturing defect on all tyres we supply, with claims handled by us directly. Cargo transportation insurance is provided on the shipment itself.
Can you ship a mixed container with other patterns?
Yes. Most of our customers load one container across several patterns and sizes, which is the main reason to buy through us rather than from a single plant.
