L301(E-3+)
- 2 sizes
- Bias OTR
L301(E-3+) is a bias OTR tyre designed for loaders operating in mining, quarrying and heavy construction environments. The deep pattern design increases casing life by distributing wear evenly across the tread blocks. The large block geometry resists deformation under heavy load and maintains consistent contact with uneven surfaces.

What L301(E-3+) Is Built For
L301(E-3+) is a bias OTR tyre designed for loaders operating in mining, quarrying and heavy construction environments. The deep pattern design increases casing life by distributing wear evenly across the tread blocks. The large block geometry resists deformation under heavy load and maintains consistent contact with uneven surfaces. A special mine formula enhances resistance to cutting, tearing and abrasion, extending service life in high-wear conditions. Two sizes are available: 17.5-25 and 23.5-25, both with 225 mm tread depth and rated for high-load, low-speed operation. The tyre is built for off-the-road use only and not for highway service.
Manufacturer Feature Claims
- Deepen the pattern design, increase the service life of the tire
- Large tread pattern block design, uniform tread wear
- Special mine formula,anti cutting,anti tearing,super abrasion resistance
Key Benefits
- Deep pattern design increases casing life by reducing localized wear
- Large tread blocks maintain uniform wear under heavy load and uneven terrain
- Special mine formula resists cutting, tearing and abrasion in harsh environments
- 225 mm tread depth provides long service life in high-wear applications
- Two size options cover loader models with 14.00/15 and 19.50/2.5 rims
Problems It Solves
- Tyres with shallow or irregular tread patterns wear out quickly in rock-heavy environments
- Standard tread blocks collapse under load, leading to uneven wear and early casing failure
- Tyres tear or cut easily when running over sharp debris common in mining and quarrying
- Lack of uniform wear leads to early replacement even when tread depth remains sufficient
- Multiple tyre patterns required for different loader models increase stock and ordering complexity
Who It Is For
- Mining and quarry contractors buying OTR tyres by the container for fleet use
- Construction equipment dealers supplying loaders in high-abrasion markets
- Fleet operators managing loaders in unsealed, rocky or muddy environments
- Importers sourcing OTR tyres with consistent performance across mixed loads
- Distributors needing a single OTR pattern that covers two common loader sizes
Application Scenarios
- Loaders in open-pit mines moving over sharp rock and uneven ground
- Quarry loaders handling heavy material on ungraded haul roads
- Construction site loaders operating on gravel, mud and debris-covered surfaces
- Heavy-duty loaders in aggregate and cement plants where tread damage is common
- Fleets requiring one tyre pattern that lasts longer in abrasive, high-impact conditions
Technical Features
- Deep pattern design increases service life by reducing localized tread wear
- Large tread block geometry maintains stability and even contact on uneven surfaces
- Special mine formula improves resistance to cutting, tearing and abrasion
- 225 mm tread depth across both sizes ensures long casing life under heavy load
- Designed specifically for loader use in off-the-road, high-impact conditions

Where This Pattern Wins and Where It Does Not
Compared With Standard OTR tyres with shallow tread patterns
L301(E-3+) has deeper tread and larger blocks, which extend casing life in abrasive conditions
Compared With Tyres without special mine formula
The special formula improves resistance to cutting and tearing, reducing early failure on sharp debris
Compared With Tyres designed for highway use
L301(E-3+) is built for off-road duty only and not suitable for paved surfaces or high-speed operation
Use Guide
- Match ply rating and rim size to the loader's axle and wheel specification
- Inflate to the pressure shown in the size table at the operating speed and load
- Inspect tread blocks regularly for embedded debris, especially after working in rock or gravel
- Rotate tyres between loader positions before irregular wear sets in, particularly on one-way loads
- Use only on loaders; do not install on vehicles not listed under the type and category
L301(E-3+) Buying Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
We load by full container. A 40HQ of 17.5-25 or 23.5-25 typically fills at container weight rather than volume, so the practical minimum is one container. Mixed loads across sizes and patterns are accepted.
What is the lead time?
It depends on whether the size is in stock at the plant or has to be produced. We confirm current availability with the plant at the time of quotation rather than quoting a standard figure.
Which sizes are available?
17.5-25 in 12PR and 23.5-25 in 16PR. Full load, pressure, rim and dimension data for each is in the size table on this page.
Is this tyre suitable for highway use?
No. It is designed for loader use only in off-the-road, high-impact environments. It is not rated for highway speeds or paved surfaces.
Can you supply DOT or ECE marked tyres?
Marking requirements vary by destination. Tell us the import market and we confirm what marking the plant can supply on that size before you place the order.
What warranty do you give?
One year against manufacturing defect on all tyres we supply, with claims handled by us directly. Cargo transportation insurance is provided on the shipment itself.
Can you ship a mixed container with other patterns?
Yes. Most of our customers load one container across several patterns and sizes, which is the main reason to buy through us rather than from a single plant.
