- Bias OTR
LL200 is a bias OTR tyre designed for off-road delivery vehicles operating on gravel roads, where consistent traction and heat management under sustained load are critical. The tread pattern provides lateral grip to maintain control on loose surfaces, and the construction supports delivery performance through long shifts.

What LL200 Is Built For
LL200 is a bias OTR tyre designed for off-road delivery vehicles operating on gravel roads, where consistent traction and heat management under sustained load are critical. The tread pattern provides lateral grip to maintain control on loose surfaces, and the construction supports delivery performance through long shifts. Low rolling resistance reduces fuel consumption during mixed-duty cycles, and good heat dissipation helps prevent thermal breakdown during prolonged operation. It is available in three sizes: 9.00-15, 9.00-16, and 14.00-20, with ply ratings of 8 and 20, suitable for light to medium-duty off-road transport vehicles.
Manufacturer Feature Claims
- Available for gravel road
- Good delivery performance
- Low rolling resistance and good heat dissipation
- Lateral grip
Key Benefits
- Designed for gravel road use with lateral grip to maintain control on loose terrain
- Low rolling resistance improves fuel efficiency during delivery cycles
- Good heat dissipation helps prevent casing damage during sustained operation
- Delivers consistent performance over long shifts in off-road delivery applications
- Available in three sizes with ply ratings of 8 and 20 to match vehicle duty
Problems It Solves
- Off-road delivery vehicles lose traction and stability on gravel roads due to poor lateral grip in standard tyres
- High rolling resistance increases fuel cost and reduces efficiency on long delivery routes
- Excessive heat buildup in tyres leads to casing failure during continuous off-road operation
- Lack of availability in multiple sizes and ply ratings forces buyers to source from multiple suppliers
- Inconsistent performance across different duty cycles leads to premature wear and higher replacement frequency
Who It Is For
- Fleet operators managing delivery vehicles on gravel or unsealed access roads
- Contractors sourcing tyres for off-road delivery vehicles in mining, quarrying and construction
- Distributors supplying tyres to off-road delivery fleets in emerging markets with poor road infrastructure
- Importers buying mixed container loads of OTR tyres for regional distribution networks
- Government or municipal transport units operating in rural or semi-urban areas with unpaved routes
Application Scenarios
- Delivery trucks running daily between distribution hubs and remote construction sites on gravel access roads
- Material transport vehicles moving between quarry loading points and processing areas on unsealed surfaces
- Fleet operators managing mixed-duty routes with both paved and gravel sections for delivery vehicles
- Agricultural transport vehicles carrying goods over unpaved farm access roads with frequent stops and starts
- Contractors using light to medium-duty off-road vehicles for site logistics in mining or infrastructure projects
Technical Features
- Bias construction with lateral grip designed for gravel road performance
- Low rolling resistance reduces fuel consumption during delivery cycles
- Good heat dissipation helps maintain casing integrity during sustained off-road use
- Tread pattern optimized for delivery performance on loose, uneven surfaces
- Available in three sizes with matching ply ratings and rim widths for proper fitment

- Label, marking, and packaging adjusted to the destination market requirement
Where This Pattern Wins and Where It Does Not
Compared With Standard radial OTR tyres
LL200 offers lower rolling resistance and better heat dissipation for delivery duty, but radial tyres may have longer casing life under high-speed or high-load off-road use
Compared With Heavy-duty deep-lug OTR tyres
LL200 is optimized for delivery performance and gravel road traction, while deep-lug tyres are better for mud and soft terrain but wear faster on gravel
Compared With On-road delivery tyres
LL200 provides lateral grip and heat resistance for off-road use, whereas on-road tyres lack the traction and durability needed on loose surfaces
Use Guide
- Match ply rating to the actual axle load and vehicle duty; overspecifying increases cost and reduces ride comfort
- Verify rim width against the wheel: 5.50F for 9.00-15, 6.50H for 9.00-16, 10.00W for 14.00-20
- Inflate to the pressure shown in the size table at 65km/h for the specified load
- Inspect tread and sidewall after each off-road cycle for signs of heat damage or stone penetration
- Rotate tyres between positions before uneven wear sets in, especially on vehicles with one-way delivery routes
LL200 Buying Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
We load by full container. A 40HQ of 9.00-15 or 14.00-20 typically fills at container weight rather than volume, so the practical minimum is one container. Mixed loads across sizes and patterns are accepted.
What is the lead time?
It depends on whether the size is in stock at the plant or has to be produced. We confirm current availability with the plant at the time of quotation rather than quoting a standard figure.
Which sizes are available?
9.00-15 in 8PR, 9.00-16 in 8PR, and 14.00-20 in 20PR. Full load index, rim, pressure, and dimension data for each is in the size table.
Is this tyre suitable for gravel roads?
Yes. The LL200 is specifically available for gravel road use, with lateral grip and heat dissipation features designed for off-road delivery performance.
Can you supply DOT or ECE marked tyres?
Marking requirements vary by destination. Tell us the import market and we confirm what marking the plant can supply on that size before you place the order.
What warranty do you give?
One year against manufacturing defect on all tyres we supply, with claims handled by us directly. Cargo transportation insurance is provided on the shipment itself.
Can you ship a mixed container with other patterns?
Yes. Most of our customers load one container across several patterns and sizes, which is the main reason to buy through us rather than from a single plant.
