KMD401-New resists stone damage and abrasion better than highway tyres built for rolling resistance, but may have slightly higher rolling resistance on tarmac

KMD401-New has deeper tread and better stone rejection than off-road tyres, but a less aggressive pattern, so it wears faster in deep mud
Compared With Separate summer and winter drive tyres
KMD401-New does not carry winter markings, so it is not suitable for snow-covered routes where 3PMSF is required

- Match ply rating to your actual axle load, not to the highest available rating – overspecifying increases cost and ride harshness
- Check the standard rim listed: 8.25 for 11R22.5 and 11R24.5, 9.00 for 295/80R22.5
- Inflate to the pressure shown in the size table for your load – dual and single fitment pressures differ
- Rotate drive positions before irregular wear sets in, especially on fleets with one-way heavy loads
- Inspect groove bottoms for lodged stone after every off-road cycle to prevent casing damage

What is the minimum order quantity?
We load by full container. A 40HQ of 11R22.5 or 295/80R22.5 typically fills at container weight rather than volume, so the practical minimum is one container. Mixed loads across sizes and patterns are accepted.
What is the lead time?
It depends on whether the size is in stock at the plant or has to be produced. We confirm current availability with the plant at the time of quotation rather than quoting a standard figure.
Which sizes are available?
11R22.5 in 16PR, 11R24.5 in 16PR, and 295/80R22.5 in 16PR and 18PR. Full load index, rim and pressure data for each is in the size table on this page.
Is this tyre suitable for winter use?
It does not carry M+S or 3PMSF markings. It is not certified for winter use. Confirm your own national regulation before ordering.
Can you supply DOT or ECE marked tyres?
Marking requirements vary by destination. Tell us the import market and we confirm what marking the plant can supply on that size before you place the order.
What warranty do you give?
One year against manufacturing defect on all tyres we supply, with claims handled by us directly. Cargo transportation insurance is provided on the shipment itself.
Can you ship a mixed container with other patterns?
Yes. Most of our customers load one container across several patterns and sizes, which is the main reason to buy through us rather than from a single plant.
