Select a stable production base according to the product characteristics, then assess its production and inspection capability.

Matching means process fit, not price ranking. A part goes to a partner whose route suits its structure, weight, batch size, accuracy and cost target.

Stage Three — Process Control and Inspection

Follow the key processes, raw material, NDT, dimensional inspection and final quality documents.

Following production is what turns a specification into a delivered part. Inspection results are archived so they remain traceable and auditable afterwards.

Stage Four — Logistics and Delivery

Arrange export shipment under agreed international trade terms with a reliable and economical logistics solution.

Packing is part of the part, not an afterthought — particularly for heavy castings, where the lifting equipment available at the destination should be known before crates are designed.

What to Send With an Enquiry

Drawings, material, quantity, quality standard and the target delivery date. Those five items allow a feasible plan to be proposed quickly instead of a rough price that later changes.
