YTC Type Valve Positioner Questions
What is the difference between YT1000L and YT1000R?
The L pattern operates pneumatic linear valve actuators on globe and diaphragm valves. The R pattern operates pneumatic rotary valve actuators on quarter turn ball and butterfly valves.
Will these positioners fit our existing actuator brackets?
They match the original YTC mounting pattern and land on brackets already fitted to the actuator. You can provide photos or nameplate details to verify fit before ordering.
Why are there black, blue and yellow housing versions?
Housing colour is an OEM and customer option. Black, blue and yellow are regular production colours, and custom housing colours can be painted to buyer requirements.
Can I order the positioner and limit switch box as one unit?
Yes. The YT1000R rotary unit can be supplied factory-assembled with integrated limit switch boxes such as the Model 210 or Model 410A.
What is the delivery lead time for regular and large orders?
Regular order quantities ship in 2 to 3 days from stock. Large project quantities normally deliver in 7 to 10 days.
