Range Selection
Problem. Stocking the wrong patterns ties up cash in slow movers.
How we handle it. We start from the models your market actually asks for and cover the positioner, transducer, limit switch and pilot valve ranges from one source.
Exclusive or Open Territory
Problem. A distributor who builds a market does not want the factory selling behind them.
How we handle it. We work with both non-exclusive dealers and exclusive agents. Where an exclusive agency is agreed, the factory stops taking orders in that territory and passes customer enquiries to the agent.
Project Quantities
Problem. An EPC package needs a large quantity to one delivery date.
How we handle it. Large quantities are produced to a 7 to 10 day lead time, with the schedule confirmed before you commit.
Small Top-Up Orders
Problem. A distributor cannot wait for a production run to fill a single-unit order.
How we handle it. Stock is held on regular models and on spare accessories, so small orders ship in 2 to 3 days.
Sales Support
Problem. Your customer asks a technical question and you need an answer today.
How we handle it. Sales stay reachable on WhatsApp, including during Chinese Spring Festival and other holidays, so enquiries are answered rather than queued.
Claims
Problem. A warranty claim that drags on costs you the customer, not us.
How we handle it. Photos or video, then a replacement unit. Inside the 18 month warranty we do not ask for the failed unit back.

Do you offer exclusive distribution?
Yes. We work with both non-exclusive dealers and exclusive agents. Under an exclusive agency the factory stops accepting orders in that territory and hands customer resources to the agent.
What lead time should I quote my customers?
2 to 3 days for regular quantities from stock and 7 to 10 days for large quantities, plus your freight time.
Can I order a single unit to fill a customer order?
Yes. Stock is held on regular models and spare accessories so single units and small orders are practical.
Can I sell these under my own brand?
Yes. OEM supply covers your logo, your colour and your carton.
